Tea Party in disarray
over criminal charges

Prescott, AZ (April 28, 2012): A former member of the Prescott, Arizona Tea Party has been charged with eight counts of theft or fraud.
Lois Louise Hendricks, who served on the party’s board and worked in an accountant role was charged by a Prescott Grand Jury in September of 2010 and the case has been languishing ever since.

THE PLEA AGREEMENT LETS TAKE A LOOK:
it says that one Mona Patton is the "Agent" for the "Yavapai Tea Party LLC."
The TRUTH is that on information from Lois, her 3rd attorney, David Shapiro searched the AZ Corporation Commission (ACC) website for Yavapai Tea Party, LLC just minutes prior to advising Lois to sign the plea agreement. He discovered in his search that Yavapai Tea Party, LLC was available and that Mona Patton is not the agent, as stated in the plea agreement. Mr. Shapiro began to reserve the LLC name himself on his office computer, then stopped. He advised Lois to sign the fraudulent agreement anyway and reserve the name herself. The name was reserved by Michael Hendricks on December 5 as a 33rd anniversary gift.
